A couple of years ago, after my graduation and my journey has begun. I started my job as a team in an operating room. There a lot of surgery that I had been done. But this is one of the most emotional surgeries of all. The name is “Sectio Caesarea”.
The second of all before the surgery is hand wash during 3-5 minutes. This is the most important in the process of surgery for infection prevented from wound operation.
The third after the team of operation and the instrument were complete, the surgery was started. The doctor started with a slashed of skin about 12 cm. After that, the doctor slashed the subcutaneous than the facia. Many blood vessels in there. One blood vessel grazed, then so blood fast flowed.
After the facia was clear, the doctor opened the way of operation with slashed part of the muscle. The red color of the muscle was so beautiful. And the structure was soft, make the muscle very easy to divide.
A fourth of the surgery is slashed peritoneum until discovered the uterus. Places the baby breathed in the tummy of the mother. With slowly and very carefully, the doctor slashed the uterus. After that, the amniotic erupted like a rill. This part was very awesome for me. My hand was wet and ready to help the baby out.
Finally, the time that we waited to come. I opened the uterus and the doctor attracted the head of the baby. After that the shoulder out and the body too. The baby cried for the first time. In automatically, the mothers of the baby cried too. She greeted for her baby, “ Hallo” or “Asalamualaikum”.
The baby cleaned up and adhere to the chest of the mothers for IMD. The baby with the instinct would search the nipple. For your information, IMD was very important. Except for the increased of baby immunity, IMD strengthens the relationship between the mother and the baby.
It was awesome, to be part of this surgery. And the last word I want to say that I LOVE MY MOTHER.
